All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. We aim to ship all vintage, librería and life style orders within 3 business days. TSL in-house pieces within 5-7 business days. Custom embroidered pieces 7-10 business days.

All orders are sent through USPS and delivery time varies depending on destination. *Please note that during busier times orders may take slightly longer to dispatch and we appreciate your patience during those times.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information and once your package is delivered you will receive an additional delivery confirmation email . We are not responsible for undeliverable packages. To resend packages an additional shipping fee will be charged.

International Shipping

We offer two international shipping options, USPS International Flat Rate and Priority.

*Please note that for all Flat Rate orders tracking will not be provided after it leaves the United States.

Priority Shipping tracking is provided from the time the label is created to when your package reaches your front door.

Depending on delivery destination, average delivery time takes about 10-14 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and an additional email once your package has been delivered.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. The Sweetest Language is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages. To resend packages an additional shipping fee will be charged.
